Jagg Deluxe Oil Cooler System

The Jagg Deluxe Oil Cooler System for the Yamaha Bolt offers exceptional cooling performance and a beautifully machined contrast-cut fin design. Mounting forward of the engine cylinder cooling fins, the Deluxe oil cooler is a performance piece that looks like it belongs.

The cooler mounts to the right frame down-tube, spaced away from the frame to allow superior airflow to both the oil cooler and engine’s cylinders. The cooler is mounted to the frame using unique, highly-durable, Uralite mounts which have a shock-absorbing effect and clean styling.

The Deluxe oil cooler’s six-row, two-pass design and internal oil turbulators add to the cooler’s efficiency with minimal oil pressure loss or restriction. Fully-brazed aluminum construction with durable powder-coated gloss black finish.

Included to access the oil supply is the #4900 oil filter adapter that mounts behind the oil filter to provide simple and effective access to the oil supply for installation of the oil cooler. The adapter is machined from a single piece of billet aluminum and then hard-anodized to a satin black finish. Designed with the same Hyper-Flow Technology as all Jagg components to ensure great performance as well as great flow characteristics.

Slim-Line Oil Cooler System

With exceptional performance and a stealthy, unencumbered appearance, the Jagg Slim Line oil cooler kit is designed in all-black and virtually disappears on the Bolt’s classic naked frame.
