Terms & Conditions
Any and all other warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, SS Custom Cycle Inc., hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of function or fitment for any particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.
All products manufactured by SS Custom Cycle are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 90 days. This does not cover finishes such as plating, or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the part in question, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any part that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, or modified.
Dealers or distributors are not authorized to make dispositions binding upon SS Custom Cycle Inc. We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any part under warranty. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the purchase invoice. Parts being returned without an authorization may be refused by our receiving department.
Defective, Damaged or Missing items:
Incorrect, damaged, or missing item(s) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All damaged items must be returned with all of the original packaging instructions and hardware. Replacement items will not be shipped out prior to receipt and inspection of any product returned for a warranty claim. We have no control over missing parts or hardware on other manufactures products. All missing parts will be sent from the manufacture direct to the consumer. Items damaged in transit, or found to be defective would qualify for a return/replacement of the same product only. Refunds are only available if a replacement part is not available at the time
Chrome and Other Finishes:
All items including exhausts should be thoroughly inspected within 48 hours of receipt for defects in the chrome or other damages to the finish before the installation. If any defects are detected you must notify us immediately by telephone or email. Once you have installed Chrome items they are not returnable. This does NOT include scratches or blemishes to the chrome, which as stated above must be detected and reported to us BEFORE installation begins. We hope the above is clear, if you install, item is non-returnable except for manufacturer’s defects and even then it will only be for exchange of like item. Exhaust discoloration is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc., and is not caused by defective manufacturing therefore there will be no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regards to discoloration.
Return Policy On Parts:
Returned products must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. Opened or installed products are not returnable except for manufacturer’s defects such as the part not fitting correctly or not functioning properly. Manufacturer defects will be confirmed once we receive the part back and it is inspected. If it is determined that the item is defective it will be exchanged for the same item. Defective returns are only exchangeable for like items. Swapping to different items or canceling entirely is not permitted. Parts are non-returnable for cosmetic blemishes if installed. Bottom line, inspect your order BEFORE you attempt to install them!! All non-defective returns must be in the original boxes in NEW (meaning never opened and never installed) and re-sellable condition or else the returned will not be accepted. Returned items that do not qualify will be returned at the customers at their expense. Non-defective return balances can be used for store credits or refunded to the original purchasing card, less restocking and associated shipping fees.
Orders for Wheels, Seats, Fenders, Body Parts, Engine Components, Used Parts, Tools, Paint, or Electrical Items, Cables and or any other "Made To Order Part" "Pre-Order" or "Special Order" Item" CANNOT BE CANCELLED and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. Closeouts are NON-RETURNABLE.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returns. Please note, the original shipping charge will be deducted even if free shipping applied. No credit will be issued for labor or any other cost incurred in the installation of a product. Returns require an RMA# (Return Manufacturer Authorization Number). Incoming shipments without an RMA# attached will be refused! Electrical parts are NON-RETURNABLE. If warranty applies, most electrical items are warranted manufacture direct. Positively no returns after 20 days.
Return Policy on Freight:
We will not be responsible for any return shipping costs on non-SS Custom Cycle manufactured parts, unless the defect is due to our own fault. If a part is being returned as a non-defective item and is being replaced or exchanged then the sender is responsible for both the freight back to us, plus the additional shipping of the replacement shipment. We do not ship exchanges for free unless we did something wrong. In the rare instance when a part is being returned without an exchange or replacement the sender is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Shipping costs are not refundable. If free shipping applied to the original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund and is not covered by the restock fee.
Shipments Back to Us:
Please take care when packaging any returns to insure they arrive safely and in the case of non-defective returns that they arrive in un-opened, uninstalled, sell-able condition. Please make sure they are wrapped/padded individually to protect the items from banging around in the box and marring the item(s), Styrofoam peanuts alone will not prevent this. Retail packaged items must be sell-able as new in the original packaging. Torn or taped shrink wrap is NOT considered as new. Please refrain from using Duct Tape on actual product boxes, it is not standard packaging tape and will prevent us from selling the product as new. Items banged up from insufficient padding or taped in Duct Tape will be refused and returned to the shipper at their cost. Please be sure to insure the returned item for full value, as we will not be responsible or liable for items lost or damaged during shipping.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges after 20 days.
SS Custom Cycle Inc. offers full technical support on our own manufactured products and limited technical assistance is available for all other products. In many cases we will not be able to offer advice or guarantee compatibility of unrelated items or fitment of items not specific to the intended product application. We will attempt to provide you with all of the information the manufacturer provides us with. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications.
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours unless stated otherwise in your e-mailed confirmation, this is provided that the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. SS Custom Cycle does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Please check your email within 24 hours of your order to confirmation.

You may request than an order be canceled provided the order has not already been processed and/or shipped. Simply email us at email@example.com during our hours of operation to request an order be canceled. In the event that the order has already been processed but not shipped, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply. Any shipping costs incurred by SS Custom Cycle Inc are non refundable. Shipped and or special order items cannot be canceled.

SS Custom Cycle Inc. Purchase Agreement:
By placing an order and or accepting delivery of any product delivered from SS Custom Cycle Inc. ("sscustomcycle.com"), you the ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed here. You and SS Custom Cycle Inc. agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between you the Customer and SS Custom Cycle Inc. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order or accept delivery of any goods from SS Custom Cycle Inc. In addition the product you have purchased may not be DOT approved and may not be legal in your state. Some products are sold for show and/or decorative purposes only. SS Custom Cycle shall not be held responsible for incidental damage or any associated costs resulting from the use, installation or removal of our products. Nor, will we be responsible for inconvenience or loss of use of the accessory or vehicle on which it is installed on. SS Custom Cycle shall not be held responsible for customer negligence, carelessness or any other circumstance beyond our control. The customer agrees to this by installing or having our products installed. All products should be installed by a professional shop/mechanic. All NC orders are subject to sales tax (7%). The customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms by submitting their order.
Free shipping offer is valid only on orders shipped within the United States. (Excludes AK, HI and CA)
Additional shipping will be applied to all non-USA orders
Standard ground or similar service will be selected solely by SS Custom Cycle Inc.
Free shipping includes package tracking and insurance coverage.

All customers are sent tracking information via email, it is the customer's obligation and responsibility to inform SS Custom Cycle within 48 hours of a package not being delivered on the appropriate date
Failure to report an undelivered package within the 48 hour time frame the customer forfeits any claim of not receiving their item
Refusing or neglecting acceptance of the package for any reason will result in an automatic forfeit of any claim for a refund for any reason whatsoever
SS Custom Cycle Inc reserves the right to end or change any shipping offers at any time.
In "some instances" additional shipping & handling charges may apply on USA orders and you will be notified prior to processing your order.

Over-sized items: These are packages that are more than 84 inches in combined length an girth, if an item is subject to any additional charges we will notify you before processing your order. Multiple box orders where the separate part(s) do not qualify for free shipping or the total dollar amount of the order is divided by the number of boxes and doesn't equal at least $100.00 per box. Delivered Pricing does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico as ground shipping is not available to those areas.
